1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ClashVPN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ClashVPN. By registering, downloading our client, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, please stop using our services immediately.

2. Account & Registration

To allocate data and handle subscriptions, you must create an account and follow these rules:

• You must provide an email address that you own and control.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately via a support ticket if you detect any unauthorized account use.
• ClashVPN is for personal use only. Commercial resale, renting, or malicious account sharing is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

ClashVPN protects privacy and freedom, but our service must not be used for illegal or malicious activities. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using our nodes for Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails through our service.
• Accessing, storing, or distributing illegal content, including CSAM or terrorism-related material.
• Attempting to hack, scan, reverse-engineer, or damage our nodes, servers, or software.
• Conducting large-scale scraping that negatively impacts other users' bandwidth.

Violation Policy: If we believe you have violated these rules, we reserve the right to suspend or ban your account immediately without notice or refund.

5. Free Trial & Fair Use

We are proud to offer new users 2GB of initial free data with full node access. To ensure a good experience for everyone, these rules apply:

• The free 2GB is a one-time gift and does not follow the 1TB monthly reset rule. Once used, a plan must be purchased to continue.
• Abuse of registrations (e.g., bulk fake emails) is strictly prohibited. Our systems will ban any IP and accounts associated with such activity.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

While we invest heavily in speed and stability, the internet is complex. To the extent permitted by law, ClashVPN makes the following disclaimers:

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime, zero latency, or an error-free experience.
• ClashVPN is not liable for service unavailability caused by force majeure, such as ISP blocking, undersea cable failure, or natural disasters.
• You are solely responsible for your activity and its consequences. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. Major changes will be notified via your registered email, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
